Can I import medicines from India to Malaysia?
It depends on the product and on Malaysia's import rules, which are set by National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA). Some medicines can be imported with a valid prescription or permit, others cannot be imported at all. We ship from India and coordinate Indian export paperwork, but you are responsible for confirming that the products you order are permitted in Malaysia.
How long does delivery to Malaysia take?
Our typical delivery estimate is 7-15 business days from dispatch, by Indian Post EMS or a private courier depending on availability. Customs processing in Malaysia can add time and is outside our control. Tracking is shared as soon as your order is dispatched.
How do I pay if I order from Malaysia?
We confirm the product, quantity, price and shipping charge in a written quotation first. Payment is requested only after you agree to it, by international bank transfer or one of the remittance services listed on our About page.
Do you accept small orders, or only wholesale?
Both. Individual and small orders are accepted, as are bulk wholesale orders for pharmacies, clinics and distributors in Malaysia. We also support dropshipping.
Who is responsible for duties and customs clearance in Malaysia?
The buyer. We coordinate Indian customs clearance on our side, but import permissions, duties, taxes and clearance by Malaysia's authorities are the buyer's responsibility, and we cannot guarantee clearance.
