It depends on the product and on Australia's import rules, which are set by Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and the Australian Border Force. Some medicines can be imported with a valid prescription or permit, others cannot be imported at all. We ship from India and coordinate Indian export paperwork, but you are responsible for confirming that the products you order are permitted in Australia.
How long does delivery to Australia take?
Our typical delivery estimate is 7-15 business days from dispatch, by Indian Post EMS or a private courier depending on availability. Customs processing in Australia can add time and is outside our control. Tracking is shared as soon as your order is dispatched.
How do I pay if I order from Australia?
