Can I import medicines from India to Singapore?
It depends on the product and on Singapore's import rules, which are set by Health Sciences Authority (HSA). Some medicines can be imported with a valid prescription or permit, others cannot be imported at all. We ship from India and coordinate Indian export paperwork, but you are responsible for confirming that the products you order are permitted in Singapore.
How long does delivery to Singapore take?
Our typical delivery estimate is 7-15 business days from dispatch, by Indian Post EMS or a private courier depending on availability. Customs processing in Singapore can add time and is outside our control. Tracking is shared as soon as your order is dispatched.
How do I pay if I order from Singapore?
We confirm the product, quantity, price and shipping charge in a written quotation first. Payment is requested only after you agree to it, by international bank transfer or one of the remittance services listed on our About page.
Do you accept small orders, or only wholesale?
Both. Individual and small orders are accepted, as are bulk wholesale orders for pharmacies, clinics and distributors in Singapore. We also support dropshipping.
Who is responsible for duties and customs clearance in Singapore?
The buyer. We coordinate Indian customs clearance on our side, but import permissions, duties, taxes and clearance by Singapore's authorities are the buyer's responsibility, and we cannot guarantee clearance.
