Can I import medicines from India to United States?
It depends on the product and on United States's import rules, which are set by U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Some medicines can be imported with a valid prescription or permit, others cannot be imported at all. We ship from India and coordinate Indian export paperwork, but you are responsible for confirming that the products you order are permitted in United States.
How long does delivery to USA take?
Our typical delivery estimate is 7-15 business days from dispatch, by Indian Post EMS or a private courier depending on availability. Customs processing in United States can add time and is outside our control. Tracking is shared as soon as your order is dispatched.
How do I pay if I order from United States?
We confirm the product, quantity, price and shipping charge in a written quotation first. Payment is requested only after you agree to it, by international bank transfer or one of the remittance services listed on our About page.
Do you accept small orders, or only wholesale?
